Cavallo’s is Authentic Italian products, foods and recipes with over 54 years of
experience serving the local community.

In 1955, my grandfather opened the first Cavallo’s Deli. In 1968 he opened another
location for each of his five sons here in Waterbury. My grandfather was the proud owner of our location 1892 East Main St Waterbury, where we are still cooking today!
