I'm Lena Hassinger, and I've been feeding people for a living for more than 25 years. At Cavallo's, my deli and catering shop in Waterbury, I cook for everyone from families picking up lunch to companies feeding a whole office.
My family comes from the Naples area of Italy, and everything I make starts there: simple food, made with care, meant to be shared.
